A Chocolate Rabbit
This morning I ate a chocolate rabbit
Fear it may become a nasty habit
Not sure the sugar that draws me in
But I open that big old nasty tin
Holding it in my needy hands
Drawing it out undoing the bands
A wafting smell discomfits my nostril
Pungent and dark an aroma not wastrel
Touch its surface so lovely smooth
It is, for that special special tooth
Open my mouth a taste awaiting
With my tongue a lick pervading
Lowered onto a yummy shape
Lips close over, like a cape
To my surprise, my very best dream
This silly rabbit is filled with cream
